Jolyne Kujo [JoJo's Bizarre Adventure : Part 6 Star Ocean]
The costume is made entirely from 4 way stretch spandex with the coat interfaced to prevent stretching for a more structured look. The spider line designs were sewn down with elastic bobbin thread and silver metallic top thread to retain its 4way stretch qualities. The squares were made from cut plastic with holes punched in the center and glued buttons, which were then sprayed gold and sewn to the pants. The jacket was made with a capped sleeve and appliqued writing/stars set in place with Wonder Under Transfer Interfacing. The top was made to hook onto the pants and looping points were made on the inside for the bra to avoid shifting away from the undergarment during wear. The shoe covers were made in the same way but with a recycled leather sole to help increase grip as the base shoes were quite slippery.
