Miqo'te, Allagan Tunic of Casting [Final Fantasy XIV]

The Allagan Tunic of Casting was made for a friend who is a big FFXIV fan. The costume was made from suede, upholstery vinyl and custom cast accessory parts for the detailing. The tunic was made as one large coat along side the arm bracers to ensure ease when donning the costume. In addition to the tunic, I also made the ears and tails that accompanied the costume. The ears were hand sewn to the weft of the wig and the tail was made to attach to any 1" leather belt that should fit most any pants.
An Earth Elemental crystal necklace was cast in resin with a green gradient finish and clear coat. The rest of the design was interpreted more simply to allow for more casual uses while keeping it decently fantasy grandiose.
Glad to hear that she had a great time wearing it at Fanime 2014, and will hopefully wear it more in future.
